We support full-range non-standard customization of cold forming equipment. Please provide profile drawings, material grade, plate thickness, required production speed and special process requirements. Our professional engineers will provide customized technical solutions and quotations one-on-one.

A standard production line consists of an uncoiler, leveller, feeding system, main forming machine, punching unit, cutting system and output table. Optional automatic modules include servo flying cutting, online continuous punching, automatic welding and oil coating.

All core forming rollers are independently designed, processed and heat-treated in our factory. Made of high-quality die steel with high hardness and strong wear resistance, they effectively ensure profile forming accuracy and long machine service life.

We recommend one machine for one profile for large-volume production. However, a single machine can produce different profiles by replacing customized roller molds. Although manual roller replacement is relatively tedious, we provide full professional operation guidance and technical support throughout the process.

The production cycle for standard models is 30–45 working days, while complex non-standard customized lines take 60–90 working days. The final delivery time is subject to the formal contract.

Yes. Before production, please inform us of the local voltage, frequency and power conditions. We will adjust the electrical control system to fully adapt to local power standards.

All machines undergo complete dustproof and rustproof treatment before delivery and are packaged to fit standard container shipping. We provide full official export documents and support the entire customs declaration process.

For domestic customers, we provide on-site installation, commissioning, hands-on operation training and maintenance guidance. For overseas customers, we supply complete English operation manuals and high-definition remote debugging videos. On-site engineer service is negotiable at the customer’s expense.

The whole machine enjoys a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance, covering all manufacturing quality defects. Wearing parts such as forming rollers, cutting blades and punching dies are consumables and excluded from the warranty.

We provide lifelong technical consultation and after-sales support. All original spare parts are available for order at any time, delivered by express or sea freight to solve equipment problems efficiently.

Domestic orders adopt advance payment plus balance before shipment. International orders support T/T payment terms. All business terms and payment ratios are subject to the official contract. With 30 years of industry experience, we maintain long-term stable and friendly cooperation with numerous overseas customers with reliable credibility.
